MMI 2G Update Software Guest-only advertisement. 2005 Audi A6 C6 Quatro / 2007 Hummer H3X. 2007 3.2 A4 Deep Sea Blue Avant 2006 A6 Arctic White Avant. MMI 2G was produced to 2011, and supplied to cars up to 2012, until comes facelifted Audi A4 type B 8,5. From 2010 was possibility order the car with 3G Basic too, so up to 2011 was possible order the car booth configuration with 2G or 3G Basic depends on dealer request. I saw minimum 10 these A4 2009-2011 with 2G.

Audi MMI 2G hidden green menu can be used to change coding & adaptation of Module 07 – MMI 2G Control Head, enable some user interface features and tweak user experience. All that without diagnostic interface like VCDS.

Audi MMI 2G hidden red menu was created mostly for easy software updates of your Multimedia Interface system. In this hidden menu you can also find information about cars equipment (CD changer, navigation, TV tuner, Audi Music Interface).

Preparation

  • You car need to have MMI 2G system. Check your Multi Media Interface version.

  • Make sure that your Audi Multi Media Interface 2G software version is up to date. In some older versions you won’t have access to hidden green menu or it will have less options then described. Read article MMI 2G software update to version 5570.
